Our AGILE Solution

In busy hotels and resorts, particularly during peak hours when guests assemble in your restaurant to get breakfast, or when conferences are held at your property, elevator efficiency is key. Congestions can lead to guest delays and dissatisfaction.

Our destination‑dispatch solution AGILE that is available in our zeta200 and zeta300 models significantly increases lift efficiency. Rather than selecting their destination subsequent to entering the elevator car, passengers enter their desired floor at a destination control kiosk placed outside the elevator car. Based on this AGILE can group passengers travelling to the same or adjacent floors in the same lift. This can reduce wait and traveling times by over 25% while increasing capacity by 30%.

This not only speeds up guest flow but also improves operational performance and guest experience.

Built‑in Safety & Security Features Including Earthquake-Proof Lift Designs for the Hospitality Sector

Elevator safety and security is critical in the hospitality sector. Nothing is worse than having hotel guests stuck in a lift for hours. As a German elevator engineering company, safety is our highest priority. Models like our enta200 come with multiple active and passive safety features such as Full height 2D infrared screen, Automatic Rescue Device (ARD), and provisions for CCTV camera signal transmissions.

Optionally our elevators can also be equipped with seismic motion sensors for safe operations in the event of an earthquake. For such lifts, the “Earthquake Mode” will be triggered as soon as an earthquake is detected by the sensors. In such an event all elevator calls will be cancelled to prevent people from entering a car. Additionally, elevators that are currently in motion will transport passengers to the nearest floor, stop there and open their doors to let them exit safely.

Our elevators also support floor-restricted access via card readers or destination controls, ensuring that guests cannot access restricted levels.
