With MAX Monitor you can monitor all your units at a glance in real time, using any web-enabled device. MAX Monitor displays full status data, sends instant alerts on equipment status, and has the capability for live video monitoring. All the data you need to optimize your building operations is delivered directly to your mobile or desktop device.
At-a-glance monitoring of units, either collectively or individually, is made possible by our intuitive user interface. Our expertly designed dashboard provides several views for easy interpretation of data within each building and across buildings and regions. Simply select your preference from vertical, list and detailed unit views. MAX Monitor triggers a pop-up notification immediately if a fault is detected on any unit. As well as offering you peace of mind, this enables you to act fast to rectify the issue. All users are kept informed by simultaneous email notifications. You can also opt for live video feeds and recordings, helping you to make effective decisions with minimum delay.

In addition to equipment status and faults, MAX Monitor & Control provides data on specific events, such as VIP services or high traffic. Users can access usage summaries and statistics on availability, call counts and times, along with graphic playback.

Based on this information, you can remotely change operation modes, re-designate destinations and efficiently manage every situation. Integrated video options are also as an option available to help you improve reaction times and keep everything running as smoothly as possible.

MAX Monitor & Control enables easy remote scheduling of unit operations. You can set preferred modes in advance for nights, weekends, high or low traffic periods and unique events. This helps to enhance traffic flow, improve the passenger experience, and significantly reduce energy consumption. Users can create customized performance reports for each unit by selecting from a menu of pre-defined data fields. Reports are then generated automatically for weekly and/or monthly email delivery.
