To us compliance means more than just obeying rules and regulations. Compliance is a question of mindset: Reliability, honesty, credibility, and integrity are part of our DNA. We would rather sacrifice a contract than win it by breaking the rules.

What we stand for

One goal – one program

Our compliance program is designed to identify potential risks at an early stage and if necessary initiate suitable countermeasures. Compliance officers around the world advise, educate, and inform employees about legal requirements. As a result compliance is a fixed component of every business process.

Strong together

The Compliance community consists of full-time Compliance Officers on Corporate and Business Unit level. The Compliance team closely works together with a network of Compliance Managers (generally the CFO of a group company) in order to implement the Compliance program at all levels in the organization. All together, they are point of contact for TK Elevator employees, promoting an ethical behavior and the respect for our internal Compliance policies and all relevant laws.

In respect of corruption and antitrust violations, the Executive Board of TK Elevator GmbH has committed itself to the Compliance Program and thus unequivocally expresses its stance on Compliance with the corresponding laws and Group policies.

Respect for human rights

We apply a zero tolerance policy to human rights violations. We have formulated a statement on slavery and human trafficking in which we firmly commit ourselves to combating all kinds of child and forced labor and violations of core labor standards. We also expect all our business partners to acknowledge and respect human rights and apply equivalent principles.

EU public Country-by-Country Reporting in compliance with chapter 10a of Directive 2013/34/EU

The TK Elevator Group’s EU Public Country-by-Country Report (EU pCbCR), prepared pursuant to Section 342h et seq. of the German Commercial Code (HGB), covers the fiscal year from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, and was published on September 30, 2026. The report is available free of charge via the German Corporate Register and is therefore not published separately on our website.

The publication was prepared using the mandatory uniform reporting format in accordance with Directive (EU) 2024/2952. The option under Section 342(4) HGB was exercised, pursuant to which the reported information is based on non-consolidated, aggregated data in accordance with Section 138a AO and is therefore not reconcilable to the consolidated financial statements.
