Sustainability and Responsible Business Conduct

TK Elevator is committed to conducting business responsibly and sustainably throughout its global supply chain. We expect our suppliers to respect and promote human rights, labor rights, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, ethical business conduct, and responsible sourcing practices in accordance with our Supplier Code of Conduct.

Transparency is an essential part of these expectations. Suppliers are required to provide relevant sustainability information and disclosures, including participation in self-assessment programs through our partner IntegrityNext. We may also conduct independent sustainability assessments and audits through qualified third-party partners such as Achilles and Intertek to verify compliance and support continuous improvement.

For all work performed at our facilities or project sites, suppliers and their employees must strictly comply with our Safety Rules and all applicable legal and operational health and safety requirements. Supplier Registration

To become a supplier of TK Elevator, companies are required to register through our digital supplier management platform, JAGGAER. During the registration process, suppliers provide company information, product and service portfolios, certifications, and other qualification data needed to assess their capabilities and compliance.

The information submitted through JAGGAER forms the basis for supplier qualification and enables efficient collaboration throughout the business relationship. Suppliers are expected to keep their data accurate and up to date to ensure transparency and support smooth procurement processes.
