Data generated via connected products and related services

Under the EU Data Act, connected products are defined as finished goods placed on the EU market that can collect or generate data—typically through sensors or software—and transmit it via a network connection.

This includes connected products manufactured or serviced by TK Elevator such as elevators, escalators and stairlifts.

As foreseen in our "EU DATA ACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS concerning data access and use (EU Data Act T&C)", this website details the data that TKE collects for all of its connected products. For transparency purposes, the data is shown and detailed for each of the product categories listed below.

For each product category, we provide a description of the type or nature, estimated volume, collection frequency, storage location and duration of retention of the Data by clicking on “See Data Specifications”.

If you would like to request access to the data generated by your Products or Related Services, you can use the form specified in Appendix 2 of our EU Data Act T&C and send the request to data-act@tkelevator.com.
