Sylwia Raczynska appointed Chief Transformation Officer at TK Elevator

Düsseldorf, February 6, 2023 – Sylwia Raczynska is the new Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) for TK Elevator. She succeeds Jörg Ulrich, who is moving on to new opportunities.

In her role, Sylwia Raczynska will be responsible for TK Elevator's broad transformation journey as a member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to CEO Uday Yadav.

"We are delighted to welcome Sylwia to TK Elevator. Her rich international experience in developing and implementing complex change programs in many industries combined with her leadership style is a good match for our own multi-dimensional transformation," explains Uday Yadav.

Sylwia Raczynska has 25 years of professional experience in the implementation of transformation programs in listed and private equity-financed companies. Most recently, she was Managing Director at Alvarez Marsal, based in London. Prior to that, she worked in several renowned interim management firms both in Europe and the Middle East. The focus was on the implementation of stretch value creation plans in Germany, Great Britain, the United Arab Emirates and Poland.

Sylwia is a Certified Chartered Accountant, holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk (Poland) and an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago (USA).
