ThyssenKrupp Elevator continues to expand network in Eastern Europe

ThyssenKrupp Elevator AG, Düsseldorf, has opened its first company in Serbia - located in Belgrade - with a view to participating in the expanding Serbian elevator market and becoming one of the country's leading suppliers and service providers. The market for elevators in Serbia is currently only small but it has potential for the future.

ThyssenKrupp Elevatori Serbien d.o.o. is being run as an independent company to allow it to respond quickly to local market requirements. The new company is managed by Igor Tanaskovic and supported by the Regional Center Eastern Europe based in Vienna.

ThyssenKrupp Elevator already has subsidiaries in Russia, Croatia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, the Ukraine and Poland. Eastern Europe is a declared growth region for ThyssenKrupp Elevator, which plans to continuously expand its network in the region.
