Düsseldorf (Germany), June 3, 2026 – TK Elevator (TKE), a global leader in vertical transportation and urban mobility, announces a major project win to supply 303 elevators, escalators, and MAX digital solutions for Bilibili’s New Generation Park in Shanghai, China. The collaboration underscores how TKE’s innovation-driven mobility technology aligns seamlessly with Bilibili’s fast-paced, digital-first corporate culture and its drive for operational excellence.

As Bilibili builds a next-generation global headquarters along the Yangpu Riverside, the New Generation Park is poised to become a vital hub for Shanghai’s digital transformation. The development will integrate commercial, office, cultural, residential, and historic preservation spaces, creating an ecosystem that supports thousands of employees across digital R&D, creative industries, and new-economy sectors.

To match the speed and scale of Bilibili’s operations, TKE will deliver 199 high-performance elevators with speeds up to 6 m/s and travel heights of 164 meters, along with 104 escalators ensuring smooth, continuous passenger flow throughout the campus.

At the core of the project is TKE’s MAX digital platform, deployed across all units to provide Bilibili with real-time operational insights, and readiness for predictive maintenance and remote monitoring. This fully connected mobility ecosystem lays the groundwork for a future-proof maintenance solution, providing Bilibili with the foundation to enhance maintenance planning, minimize downtime, and optimize asset performance as its needs evolve – in line with its rapid business rhythm.

“We are delighted to support Bilibili’s new headquarters with smart and highly efficient mobility solutions that align with their dynamic digital culture,” said Jürgen Böhler, CEO Asia Pacific, TK Elevator. “Our solutions are tailored for innovative, fast-paced organizations that demand reliable, intelligent infrastructure to support their momentum.”
