Digitally native and AI enabled, HELIX leverages data driven decision making to deliver dynamic traffic performance and advanced service management. For predictive maintenance, the TKE MAX offering, which monitors system health and proactively recommends service actions, is embedded natively.

As part of TKE’s new Dynamic High-Rise portfolio designed to elevate uptime, availability, and energy efficiency, HELIX integrates seamlessly with the digitally native EOX platform for low and mid rise buildings, enabling optimal elevator configurations for complex and mix-use high-rise buildings.
