Düsseldorf (Germany), July 10, 2026 – TK Elevator (TKE), a global leader in vertical transportation and urban mobility, has published its Sustainability Report 2024/25, the fifth edition of its annual sustainability update. The report highlights the company's progress across key sustainability priorities, including climate change, circularity, safety, equal opportunities, responsible business practices, and sustainable supply chain management.

EOX remains a key driver of TK Elevator's transformation and a key enabler of progress toward the company’s environmental targets. Backed by a €400 million investment over the past four years, the digitally native, eco-efficient platform has become a gamechanger for TKE's low- and mid-rise portfolio – reducing complexity and cost while strengthening competitiveness. EOX new installations are increasingly feeding into the service portfolio, while TKE is extending the platform’s reach into modernization to unlock value across the full equipment lifecycle. The elevator’s leaner manufacturing footprint and eco-efficient design contributed to a 31% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions versus the 2019 baseline, and a 19% reduction in Scope 3 emissions from the use of sold products versus 2021. Overall, TKE’s reduction in emissions from own operations was further supported by the continued increase in renewable electricity consumption, which reached 83% in the reporting year.

Service and modernization are central to how TKE creates value for customers – helping them reduce energy consumption, extend equipment lifecycles, adapt to evolving building requirements, and improve accessibility, while avoiding unnecessary replacement of existing assets. In 2024/25, TKE further evolved its portfolio toward service and modernization, which together represented 65% of revenue. A major milestone in shaping the future of service in the elevator and escalator industry was the launch of TKE's fully connected, AI-supported service delivery model in the U.S. The new model is designed to improve uptime and customer satisfaction, while increasing efficiency through smarter technician routing, reduced travel time and mileage, directly lowering fleet emissions.

TKE also continued advancing responsible business practices throughout its own operations and supply chain. By the end of 2024/25, 95% of high-impact suppliers were covered by the company's sustainability assessment program, a significant increase from 71% in the previous year and a strong step toward TKE’s 2026 target of 100%. The company also expanded engagement with suppliers on greenhouse gas emissions and responsible sourcing.

Our direction is clear: we are building on our strengths, raising execution standards, and investing in the capabilities that will matter most going forward – with sustainability firmly embedded in how we operate, innovate, and grow. I am more confident than ever in where we stand today, as we enter the next phase of our transformation journey,” said Uday Yadav, CEO at TK Elevator.

In 2025, the company was included on the CDP Climate A-List for the sixth consecutive year and recognized as a CDP Supplier Engagement Leader for the fifth consecutive year. TKE also received the EcoVadis Gold Medal for the fifth consecutive year, placing the company among the top 5% of companies assessed globally.
