WE ARE BUILDING THE FUTURE

On 4 May 2023, the first 2 GRAD ARCHITECTURE hybrid conference took place in the TK Elevator test tower at 232m under the motto ‘WE ARE BUILDING THE FUTURE’.

Participants from construction companies, architectural firms, building owners, building material manufacturers and project developers were able to find out about innovative, sustainable and ecological building products in architecture.

Presentations and discussions showcased a wide range of ideas and suggestions on how to contribute to achieving the two-degree climate targets.

At the get-together on Germany's highest visitor platform, participants and exhibitors had the opportunity to exchange ideas. Mr Daniel Stephan and Rene Lutz presented EOX, the new eco-efficient and digital lift platform from TK Elevator. This makes a decisive contribution to reducing energy consumption.

A special highlight was the guided tour with an insight into the tower technology and a visit to the TK Elevator MULTI, the innovative ropeless lift system.

A new age of mobility in buildings.

This is what the lift of the future looks like: more capacity and faster transport, while reducing system weight and mass; high-rise buildings freed from the constraints of conventional lift design.

All this has been realised with MULTI. The world's first ropeless lift transports multiple cabins in a single shaft - both vertically and horizontally. MULTI creates unlimited new possibilities.
