Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited acts as independent Data Controller for the data collected through the cookies set by Microsoft Clarity and will process the data collected through these cookies for their own purposes, different to those followed by TKE. As stated in Clarity Terms of use that processing purposes may be improve Microsoft’s products and services, including reporting and performance analysis, and create user profiles for purposes that include advertising. The legal basis for the data transfer to  Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited is your consent according to Art. 6 (1) a GDPR. 8. Embedded videos and YouTube cookies

When we embed videos on our website, in many cases, we are using the services provided by YouTube due to the few accepted and alternative options available for similar services. In these cases, prior to playing the video, we will inform you about the usage of an embedded YouTube video.

When playing on embedded YouTube video, cookies identify as #CONSENT in our cookies declaration are used to track viewing statistics and assign a unique identifier to the device on which the video is viewed, enabling YouTube to recognise the device.
