Matthias Gohl appointed as Chief Digital Officer at TK Elevator

Düsseldorf, September 5, 2023 – Matthias Gohl joined TK Elevator, one of the global leaders in the elevator industry, as Chief Digital Officer on 1 September 2023, reporting directly to CEO Uday Yadav. The main focus of his role is sustainable strengthening and consistent expansion of TK Elevator's digital portfolio.

Matthias Gohl has in-depth knowledge and many years’ experience of driving growth potential and transformation by combining networked hardware with new digital solutions. “We are excited to have Matthias join our Senior Leadership Team and further strengthen our focus on digitalization to drive growth and increase productivity in the next phase of our digitalization journey. His leadership and proven ability to architect and build a world-class organization will solidify our industry-leading digital products and build on our current strong foundation,” comments Uday Yadav, CEO at TK Elevator.

Before joining TK Elevator, Matthias was Global Head of ZEISS Digital Partners and Managing Director of the Digital Innovation GmbH. With his team, he was responsible for designing, developing and operating strategic, customer-facing solutions for the business groups. Previously, he worked for McKinsey & Company, where he successfully completed several growth and transformation projects.

Matthias studied physics at the Justus Liebig University Giessen (Germany) and the University of Washington (USA). He was also a lecturer at renowned universities throughout Germany.
