AGILE Destination Controls

AGILE Destination Controls reduces your passenger's time to destination by up to 25% and increases the handling capacity of passenger elevators by up to 30%.

Our completely flexible TWIN

Providing two independently moving cars in the same shaft, TWIN maximises lettable floor space and minimises the average travel time to destination.

HELIX single-deck elevator

Digital-first by design, with the goal of improving uptime and availability, HELIX is the newest member of our Dynamic High-Rise portfolio. Up to 7 m/s and 250 m travel height.

MAX, the future in maintenance

MAX enables real-time intelligent service by preventing problems before they occur. Its additonal web-based monitoring services put you in total control of your elevator and escalator operations.

AGILE Access

AGILE Access lets you control security at turnstiles and lifts. You can connect it to building management systems provided by others or use the TK Elevator stand-alone lift-access-control-system. Ideal for total control from the main entrance throughout the building.

High-speed double-deck elevators

Simply called double deck, this is our workhorse solution with up to 10 m/s for quickly shuttling more people between two locations (e.g. a main lobby and a sky lobby) with the help of two adjoining cars.

EOX

EOX is TK Elevator’s eco-efficient and natively digital elevator product platform for low- and mid-rise buildings. This future-proof fusion of both the latest energy-saving and digital technologies in vertical mobility adds value to your buildings. Up to 3.0 m/s and 120 m travel height.

Specialised engineering

Each technology in our unique high-rise product portfolio delivers its own specific advantages. Combined, they enable the right system to be created for every building and traffic profile. TWIN, featuring two independent cabins in a single shaft, offers a level of flexibility that cannot be matched by any conventional elevator system. HELIX, our new natively digital single-deck platform is engineered for improved uptime and performance. EOX efficiently handles low- to mid-rise journeys, while double deck is the ideal high-rise express shuttle. Our velino escalators complete the picture.
