Check out EOX Renew
From yesterday to future-ready
The lifecycle of a lift – from the point of new installation until it's time for a full replacement – will last from 20 years to several decades, depending on the type of building and usage intensity, the quality of maintenance and if regular modernisation measures were carried out. Inevitably, at some point the gap to the state of the art becomes too large, and it's time to replace "yesterday's elevator" with a contemporary product that can precisely fit the existing shaft and causes minimal disruption and construction works in your building. With EOX Rebuild you're not only getting that, but a lift that's also designed to be future-ready thanks to advanced digital features and eco-efficiency.

Built-in flexibility to adapt
In most aspects an EOX Rebuild lift is no different to a standard EOX installed in a new building: same superior ride quality, vast array of eco-digital features, easy to maintain and super reliable. It's the added flexibility to adapt to your existing building like a perfect fit that sets EOX Rebuild apart:
Flexible cabin dimensions: Instead of offering just a range of fixed cabin sizes, EOX Rebuild allows for their flexible adjustment in 10 mm steps. This way, every centimetre of available space in the existing shaft is used.
Flexible door positioning: EOX Rebuild lets you shift the door opening in the elevator cabin in 1 mm steps for precise alignment with the existing openings of your lift shaft at the landings. What's more: EOX Rebuild is available with more than a dozen different door types and models to ensure an optimal fit.
Digitally enhanced for users & owners
From a user's as well as the owner's perspective, EOX Rebuild is more than a new replacement elevator. It's a digital revelation:
Multimedia display: Every EOX comes with a 7" or 10" multimedia display that also entertains with news headlines and the weather forecast.
Smartphone interaction: Passengers can "swipe a ride" on their mobile.
Smart maintenance: EOX lifts and their many smart sensors are connected to TKE's MAX cloud for precise preventive maintenance.
Online customer portal: EOX owners enjoy 24/7 access to performance data including a real-life energy consumption report.
Improve comfort, safety & accessibility
An EOX Rebuild replacement lift will welcome passengers in your building with a smooth and vibration-free ride, a spacious cabin with sturdy handrails, a large mirror, bright LED lighting, and a modern interface that is as user-friendly as it gets. Safety will be up to the latest standards with tighter safety circuits all around, a fail-safe digital emergency call system and new options for remote intervention by your TKE service team thanks to the 24/7 connection to our MAX IoT cloud*. EOX Rebuild naturally complies with the EN 81-70 A1 acessibility standard and can even go beyond it, for example with a 2nd cabin operating panel with extra large buttons or a "wheelchair button" at the landing that extends door opening times for safe boarding.
* The EOX platform is certified to the Cybersecurity standard IEC 62443 / ISO 8102-2
Save on energy and costs
1.4 kWh, or a single run of a washing machine: that's the average daily energy consumption of an EOX lift in a typical residential building. Compared to your old lift, EOX Rebuild will likely cut energy costs in half. Besides its regenerative drive that recouperates braking energy and feeds it back to the building, clever engineering (e.g. optimised weight) and functionality (e.g. stand-by mode) contribute to the remarkable energy efficiency. When it comes to sustainability, EOX scores with its European manufacturing. A perfect example of how to combine eco-efficiency with economic benefits is the unique Eco-mode: EOX lifts detect traffic patterns, lower acceleration during off-peak hours and thereby reduce the strain on mechanical and electrical compontents. Wear parts need to be replaced less often, which saves costs.
Options that can change the game
230V option: Instead of today's standard 400V, EOX Rebuild is available with a 230V monophasic power supply. It's a key advantage to free up capacity in your building's electrical grid or reduce wiring efforts when fully renovating. EOX Rebuild with 230V does not require additional batteries or any other non-standard components. Available at up to 630 kg, 1.0 m/s.
Extra-reduced shaft head: This option reduces the required shaft height at the top landing to as little as 2.500 mm thanks to a foldable maintenance platform in the cabin. You can free up an old lift's machine room, or gain architectural liberty if adding new floors or a change in your building's layout is part of the renovation plan. Extra-reduced shaft head is available at 1.0 m/s even when flexible cabin dimensions are selected.
