TK Elevator North America CEO Kevin Lavallee Adds COO Field Position on International Group-level to Current Responsibilities

  • Effective October 1, 2021, Mr. Lavallee will join TK Elevator’s global Management Board as COO Field, a newly created position focused on customers and digital innovation in the service business.

Atlanta (July 14, 2021) – Kevin Lavallee, President and CEO of TK Elevator North America, will add the newly created COO Field role to his current responsibilities. As a member of the global TK Elevator Management Board, Mr. Lavallee will have accountability for field operations globally where he will oversee TK Elevator’s continued focus on customers and digital innovation in the service business.

The change will be official on October 1, 2021, which coincides with Mr. Lavallee’s two-year anniversary as President and CEO of TK Elevator North America.

“I am excited to have this opportunity to lead our customer efforts globally and guide the service transformation business, which is critical to providing the general public with the safest, healthiest and most efficient riding experience possible,” says Lavallee.

A renowned elevator expert with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Lavallee has spent his elevator career with TK Elevator dating back to 1984. Between 2000 and 2011, Mr. Lavallee served as President for TK Elevator in Canada (where he nearly tripled sales) as well as other global regions. After a hiatus from the industry, Mr. Lavallee returned in 2019 as the Global Head of Field for TK Elevator where he oversaw field operations in 65 countries.

He assumed the role of President and CEO of TK Elevator North America on October 1, 2019.

Mr. Lavallee resides in Atlanta with his wife and will be based at TK Elevator’s state-of-the-art North American headquarters at The Battery Atlanta when it is completed later this year. The three-building headquarters will include the tallest elevator test tower in North America.
