Class A: General Freight Loading

Best suited to lift loads that don’t exceed one-fourth of the capacity of a freight elevator.

Class B: Motor Vehicle Loading

Used to move automobiles from one floor to the next.

Class C1-C3: Industrial Truck Loading

Classes C1, C2 and C3 are separated by the amount of weight that each can hold during operation.
